The role involves analyzing business processes, designing optimized workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business outcomes. Responsibilities • Designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain transformations: Crafting strategies that optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business value • Using data to advise: Applying sophisticated analytics to uncover insights, predict trends, and optimize supply chain performance • Driving multi-functional alignment: Collaborating with diverse teams to align on an end-to-end transformation strategy to achieve strategic business outcomes • Shaping the future of technology: Contributing to the evolution of Cisco's supply chain, ensuring we remain at the cutting edge of innovation • Work with senior leadership to develop and refine the strategic roadmap for our silicon and optical supply chains • Drive end to end demand forecasting process transformation with Cisco’s business units and strategic customers to improve Silicon and Optical Module forecast accuracy • Identify, map and analyze the key business capabilities required to implement the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals • Maintain the services framework and business process library for the Components Supply Chain • Implement industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve time-to-market for silicon and optical module products • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technology infrastructure and applications support business process and strategic goals • Ensure effective data management practices, including data integrity, quality, and accessibility, to support decision-making processes • Develop and supervise key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the business process and initiatives • Find opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational excellence Skills • 8+ years of Demand Planning, Transformation, Integrated Business Planning, Financial Planning, Customer Co-Planning, experience in the semiconductor industry with semiconductor manufacturing experience • 5 years of experience in business architecture, business transformation or related field driving large transformation programs • Expert proficiency in communication and facilitation at a working and executive level • Good experience in business process design, flow, and optimization • Solid understanding of semiconductor planning processes, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies along with leading systems implementations and/or integrations • Experience using Six Sigma methods to tackle problems and optimize business processes along with experience in Project Management, Waterfall, & Agile Methodologies • Optical module manufacturing experience Benefits • Medical, dental and vision insurance • A 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution • Paid parental leave • Short and long-term disability coverage • Basic life insurance • 10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees • 1 paid day off for employee’s birthday • Paid year-end holiday shutdown • 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco • 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees • Cisco’s flexible vacation time off program • 80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter • Up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next • Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members • Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer • Annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies • Performance-based Incentive Pay On Top Of Their Base Salary Company Overview • Cisco develops, manufactures, and sells networking hardware, telecommunications equipment, and other technology services and products.
