Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated REMOTE Class Action CSR to join their dynamic team. As a REMOTE Class Action CSR, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, providing high-quality assistance to clients and ensuring their concerns are addressed efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, aligning successfully with the organization's commitment to exceptional service.Job Title: REMOTE Class Action CSRLocation: El Segundo, CAPay Range:Shift: Work hours are from 9AM EST until 8PM EST, with 8-hour shifts. What's the Job? • Provide exceptional customer service support via phone and written communication. • Assist clients with inquiries related to class action legal cases. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. • Handle high-volume call center operations efficiently and professionally. • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues promptly.What's Needed? • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work flexible hours within the specified shift window. • Legal knowledge and prior call center experience in high-volume environments are advantageous. • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
