They are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Resources Development Specialist to support their Clinical Operations Resource Support team by developing and optimizing clinical resources that enhance healthcare professionals' effectiveness and improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize clinical resources that empower healthcare professionals and improve outcomes.Skills• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or healthcare specialty from an accredited university• CCM certification required• Minimum 7 years of experience managing catastrophic injury cases• In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, and case management practices• Proven experience in mentoring, adult learning, and skill development• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment• Focused on continuous improvement, diversity, equity, and inclusion in learning programs• Exceptional customer service orientation• Master’s Degree• Active, unrestricted RN license• CRRN or CNE/NursingProfessional Development certification• Proficient in designing and delivering engaging educational content using various instructional tools and technologies• Ability to apply adult learning theories to practical, application-based strategies• Strong ability to simplify complex material and resolve conflicts creatively• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning• Strong organizational and prioritization skillsCompany Overview• Paradigm achieves leading clinical and financial results for catastrophic and complex claims.It was founded in 1991, and is headquartered in Walnut Creek, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
