[Remote] Concentration of Risk (CoR) Analytics Consultant

The role involves expertise in data manipulation, geospatial analytics, and dashboard creation for visualizing catastrophe loss forecasting, while also contributing to the development of risk management strategies within the organization. Responsibilities • Creating or performing peer reviews of complex reports in Excel • Querying data in SQL and organizing into a conclusion of research/questions • Learning as a shadow of one of our Actuaries about a Concentration of Risk framework Skills • Actuarial background • Expertise in data manipulation using tools like SQL and Snowflake • Proficiency in geospatial analytics and dashboard creation for visualizing catastrophe (CAT) loss forecasting • Solid understanding of CAT models • Experience with geospatial analysis/visualization tools (ex: ArcGIS) • Data querying/manipulation experience (ex: SQL) • High attention to detail • Background in climate risk or meteorology Company Overview • Strategic Staffing Solutions is a recruiting company which helps companies find suitable employees in various industries.
