Remote Creative Copywriter

Schedule:Mon-Fri; 9am - 5:30pm ESTPay: $27 to $28.50/hourBenefits:• Various health insurance options & wellness plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug)• 401k Retirement Savings Plan Including Employer Match• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Life Insurance• Paid Parental Leave• Short-term & Long-term Disability• Healthcare & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts• Domestic Partner Coverage• Commuter Benefits• Legal Assistance• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Company Provided ParkingJOB DUTIES:• Write and edit creative copy following our voice and tone and editorial standards for a variety of assets including print and digital marketing collateral, sponsorship and display ads and signage• Collaborate with cross-functional client stakeholders• Provide clean, final copy documents to design team for layout• Proofread copy in layoutto ensure accuracy• Collaborate with stakeholders to write/edit copy to work within our established content and design guidelines• Key stakeholders for the above assets include the Client Development, Marketing & Communications, Talent, Pro Bono, and Alumni teams• Route copy-related tasks independently while working within existing processes using our workflow management tool, WorkfrontKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND COMPETENCIES:• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail; B2B experience is a plus• Able to follow and implement AP style and Goodwin specific style• Strong time management skills; ability to adapt to changing needs and project priorities, while consistently meeting all project deadlines• Effective communication skills with both designers and non-designers• Proficiency in industry standard programs: bolthires Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• Experience with Workfront or similar workflow management toolWho we are: In a rapidly changing world, the ability to innovate and break new ground drives progress.Williams Lea has harnessed this ability for more than 200 years.
