The role involves creating and improving AI-driven dialogue and character interactions to ensure they are engaging and emotionally consistent. Responsibilities Work inside a game environment powered by AI, and help ensure the characters feel natural, engaging, and emotionally consistent Review and improve AI generated dialogue, quests, and character interactions Create new storylines, character personalities, and story arcs Evaluate tone, humor, and narrative intent Help shape how the game’s AI characters think, speak, and respond This is creative, judgment-based work Skills Enjoy reading, writing, and crafting dialogue Have a strong sense of tone, emotion, and nuance Are detail-oriented and comfortable following structured guidelines Learn new tools and workflows quickly Creative writing, copywriting, or content creation background English, journalism, communications, or media background Psychology, philosophy, or behavioral science background Game design or game development background Analytical or technical backgrounds with strong attention to detail Benefits Pay increases and bonuses available as performance and scope grow Flexible hours: 20 to 40+ hours per week Fully remote and timezone independent Long-term project (18+ months) Company Overview Connecting exceptional talent with elite opportunities.
