Required Skills• Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proficiency with computer systems, including CRM software and bolthires Office Suite. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.• Residency in Yukon, Canada, with a stable high-speed internet connection. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications• Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools. • Bilingualism (English and French) is considered a strong asset. • Previous experience in the food and beverage or consumer packaged goods industry. • Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications).
