The role involves providing essential support to customers, including application guidance and solutions related to the Client Broker Management System and Client's Officetech. Responsibilities• Investigate and triage customer support tickets related to Client's products. • Manage help desk tickets, ensuring timely responses and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).• Assist customers with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new releases. • Provide detailed information to development, integration, and reporting teams for technical issues or tasks. • Respond directly to customers with solutions, including creating knowledge base articles as needed. • Assist with quality assurance and testing activities. • Support implementation and consulting teams as required. Skills• At least 3 years relevant experience• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.• Relevant industry experience (specifically insurance broking)Company Overview• Intogreat Solutions provides business offshoring consultancy services.
