The Data, Analytics, and AI Product Manager will define and own the vision for data and AI products, collaborating across teams to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. Responsibilities• Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Imagen’s Data, Analytics, and AI products and platforms• Translate business objectives into actionable data and AI initiatives that support practice performance, operational efficiency, and patient outcomes• Balance innovation with delivery—bringing both incremental improvements and breakthrough capabilities to life• Collaborate with key teams across Business Operations, Finance, Clinical, Marketing, and IT to align data priorities and outcomes• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams (data engineering, analytics, AI) and business stakeholders• Facilitate sprint reviews, workshops, and roadmap sessions to maintain shared understanding and transparency• Own and manage the analytics and AI intake process, product backlog, prioritizing initiatives based on value, readiness, and strategic fit• Define clear acceptance criteria and success measures for features, dashboards, and models• Partner with project managers, scrum masters, and developers to ensure timely, quality delivery• Champion new use cases for AI and advanced analytics that support smarter decision-making across the network• Evaluate and pilot emerging tools, methods, and technologies—turning experimentation into scalable solutions• Foster a mindset of curiosity, learning, and evidence-based decision-making within the Data & Analytics function• Partner with Data & Analytics leadership to identify capacity, skill needs, and development pathways for the team• Support workforce planning efforts that align resources to high-priority initiatives• Promote knowledge sharing and help define modern data and AI operating practices across the organization• Act as a tool champion for Imagen’s core data and analytics platforms, including Snowflake, Power BI, and Azure AI• Drive adoption, consistency, and best practices for dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI applications• Collaborate with IT Services and Legal Compliance to maintain data security, privacy, and quality standardsSkills• 5+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or AI solution delivery• Strong understanding of data pipelines, visualization tools, modern cloud data architectures (Snowflake, Azure, etc.), and workflow management tools• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional backlogs and lead agile delivery cycles• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging both executive and technical audiences• Proven success delivering measurable value through data and analytics in a fast-paced, growth-oriented organizationCompany Overview• Imagen is a community that partners with dental practices and provides support for dentists to expand their expertise and teams.It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
