The role involves planning and executing customer engagement transformations within the Pharmaceutical and Bio-technology sectors. Responsibilities• Benchmarking current Omni-channel capabilities• Formulating transformation visions• Advising global-to-local governance models for transformation• Defining excellence projects• Implementing customer engagement excellence projects, including process definition, standards & guidelines• Developing and delivering training programs• Serving as interim staffSkills• Established an independent consulting practice• Proven experience in a Lead Strategist or Digital Excellence role at an agency, consulting firm or Life Sciences company• Track record of conceiving and guiding excellence programs that make a measurable impact• Demonstrated subject matter expertise surrounding digital and multi-channel engagement in Health• Strong client consultation skills with ability to guide a strategic discussion• Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills• Strong understanding of strategic marketing process• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.Company Overview• The Stem is a management consultancy specializing in customer strategy and experience solutions for Health brands.
