Educate and Empower the Workforce• Facilitate DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) workshops, training programs, and learning resources.• Foster understanding of implicit bias and how it shapes interactions and decisions through interactive learning modules. • Curate inclusive content and tools that reflect intersectional experiences and support all identities. Cultivate Community and Belonging• Create employee resource groups (ERGs) and safe spaces for underrepresented voices. • Organize virtual events, roundtables, and storytelling initiatives to highlight diverse journeys. • Celebrate heritage months, cultural milestones, and International Days of Global Inclusion.Measure, Report, and Improve• Use diversity metrics to evaluate progress and inform future initiatives. • Maintain transparent reporting dashboards tracking demographic insights, hiring equity, and retention trends. • Collaborate with People Operations and HR on equitable hiring, development, and compensation.
