Contribution to the Company’s MissionAs aRemote Email Template Designer, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and develop dynamic and reusable HTML email templates tailored for various marketing and transactional purposes. These templates will serve diverse functions—from high-converting product campaigns to internal communications—ensuring visual consistency, responsiveness, and alignment with branding standards.Your contributions will directly impact open rates, click-through metrics, and user engagement levels, enabling the company to connect meaningfully with a global digital audience. Responsibilities and ExpectationsVisual Design and Layout Execution• Design engaging and aesthetically pleasing email templates optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices. • Collaborate with content strategists and marketing leads to bring brand narratives to life through design. Code and Compatibility• Code custom, responsive HTML/CSS templates that render cleanly across major email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).• Troubleshoot rendering issues and maintain templates with cross-client compatibility in mind. Campaign Alignment and Teamwork• Participate in strategic meetings to understand campaign goals and translate them into effective email designs. • Partner with developers and marketing operations teams to ensure templates integrate seamlessly with email automation tools.
