As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with patients, clinicians, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support and care. **About the Role** As a Clinical Support Services Agent, you will be responsible for receiving initial calls from patients, gathering information, and relaying it to clinicians. This role requires strong customer care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
