[Remote] Financial Analyst-FPA

The Financial Analyst will support the FP&A team with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and strategic initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities • Prepare, automate, and distribute recurring financial reports and dashboards • Provide analytical and reporting support to various business units and functions, helping them understand performance and achieve financial goals • Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators, including revenue, expenses, profitability, and productivity metrics • Investigate variances and develop insights that help leadership understand business drivers • Support the forecasting and budgeting cycles, contributing to enhancements in planning models and reporting processes • Help create clear, compelling presentations for senior leadership summarizing financial results and forward-looking projections • Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analysis, business cases, and other strategic initiatives • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data accuracy, and analytical tools Skills • Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial, business, or data analyst • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Ability to apply critical thinking to solve business problems and support informed decision-making • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems (Oracle) software • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field Benefits • Comprehensive health care coverage • A 401k plan • Tuition reimbursement Company Overview • Jencap provides retail agents with carrier exclusivity, underwriting mastery, and unparalleled customer service.
