[Remote] Financial Services Growth Marketing Manager

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead lifecycle and growth strategy for their Financial Services lending portfolio. This role involves owning the end-to-end lifecycle strategy, optimizing conversion through data-driven decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and application volume. Responsibilities • Own lifecycle marketing for lending products across email and logged-in dashboard placements; define audience strategy, touchpoints, targeting, and messaging across the customer journey (awareness → application → funding → repeat use) • Set the experimentation roadmap (A/B and multivariate) and make data-driven decisions to update and scale programs; monitor performance, surface insights, and recommend next best actions • Drive program creation & optimization: stand up new lifecycle programs and iterate existing ones to improve engagement and application conversion • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing and Commercial teams to shape the customer contact strategy and GTM motions for lending products • Manage stakeholders across product, analytics, risk/credit, sales, and operations to align on goals, timelines, and measurement • Lead & mentor one direct report; provide clear goals, feedback, and career support • Report business impact with crisp metrics (e.g., applications started/submitted, funded loans, channel lift, cohort performance, ROI) • Own accountability for outcomes, especially number of loan applications and downstream funnel conversion Skills • 7+ years in growth/lifecycle/CRM marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, or lending with hands-on product launch experience and a high sense of urgency • Proven campaign ownership across targeting, messaging, and sequencing—end-to-end accountability for results • Strong quantitative chops: comfortable with numbers, experimentation, and using insights to drive testing and program changes • Experience collaborating with Product Marketing and Commercial/Sales counterparts to build GTM and lifecycle strategies for productized offerings • Demonstrated success bringing something net-new to market (pilot → scale) and optimizing iteratively • Familiarity working with a Marketing Operations function for execution (you lead strategy; MOps executes) • Experience with enterprise marketing automation/CRM and analytics tooling (e.g., ESP/MA platforms, dashboarding/BI), in-product message orchestration, and credit/lending funnel nuances Company Overview • Insight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
