[Remote] Founding Customer Success Manager (JD required | Legal / AI SaaS)

As the Founding Customer Success Manager, you will design and build the post-sales function while managing and growing enterprise customer relationships. Responsibilities • Build and own onboarding, implementation, health scoring, QBRs, renewals, and expansion • Manage and grow enterprise customer relationships (6-figure+ ACVs) • Act as a trusted advisor to Legal, Compliance, and executive stakeholders • Partner closely with Product and Engineering as the voice of the customer • Drive adoption, expansion, and long-term customer value • Help hire and shape the future CS team as the company scales Skills • Juris Doctor (JD) required • 3+ years in Customer Success within B2B SaaS • Experience owning enterprise accounts (Fortune 500 / complex stakeholders / 6-figure+ ACVs) • Background supporting or selling into legal, compliance, or regulated teams • Experience in a high-growth, VC-backed startup environment (Seed–Series C ideal) • Comfortable explaining technical or AI-driven concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Strong ownership mindset — you want to build, not inherit, a CS function Benefits • Fully paid medical, dental, and vision • 401(k) • Learning & development support Company Overview • Welcome to ePlacement, we are specialist recruiters for the Enterprise Software Industry, servicing high growth enterprise SaaS pre-IPO’s across EMEA, North America and Emerging Markets.
