[Remote] IFS Business Analyst - Supply Chain, Sales and Warrant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Adastra is seeking an IFS Techno-Functional Business Analyst to join a growing ERP team as the first dedicated IFS hire. This hands-on role involves ownership of Supply Chain, Sales, and Warranty modules while working closely with the business to configure and support the system. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary SME and owner for IFS Supply Chain, Sales, and Warranty modules • Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements • Analyze current processes and recommend IFS-driven improvements • Configure IFS modules related to Sales, Warranty, and supporting Supply Chain functionality • Design and maintain Quick Reports and Operational Lobbies • Support data migration, testing (UAT/SIT), and go-live activities • Develop training materials and support end-user adoption • Partner with technical teams on integrations, reports, and customizations Skills • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting IFS Applications • Strong functional knowledge of Sales processes • Strong functional knowledge of Warranty management • Strong functional knowledge of Order management and/or service contracts • Techno-functional experience, including Quick Reports • Techno-functional experience, including Operational Lobbies • Experience creating process documentation and training materials • Ability to work onsite multiple days per week (hybrid schedule required) • Experience with IFS Cloud (IFS Apps 10 / Aurena also acceptable) • Exposure to CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) concepts Company Overview • We recruit contract and permanent niche business systems experts for companies that....
