Remote Litigation Paralegal (California Only)

Remote Litigation Paralegal (California Only) Location: Remote (must reside in California) Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team on a fully remote basis. This position is open only to candidates currently residing in California . The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Responsibilities: • Provide litigation support from case inception through trial and resolution • Draft, review, and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and subpoenas • Manage deadlines, calendars, and court filings (state and federal) • Assist with discovery responses, document production, and organization • Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel • Maintain case files and manage documents using electronic filing systems • Support trial preparation, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Qualifications: • 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience • Strong knowledge of California civil procedure and court rules • Experience with e-filing in California state and/or federal courts • Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office (or similar platforms) • Paralegal certificate Benefits: • Comprehensive benefits. • 401(k). • Paid time off and holidays. • Professional development and training opportunities.
