[Remote] Managing Consultant - Oracle Cloud Payroll (Remote)

Camptra Technologies is seeking an experienced Managing Consultant – Oracle Cloud Payroll to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise and excellent client-facing skills, guiding project teams through the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Payroll solutions. Responsibilities• Lead the design, build, and delivery of the Oracle Cloud Payroll module• Collaborate with technical teams to provide payroll module expertise during the design of interfaces, integrations, and reports• Plan and execute SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs• Play a key role in developing the Oracle HCM Cloud practice and building reusable assets/repositories• Understand legacy payroll systems and map processes and data to Oracle Cloud Payroll• Gather requirements, perform analysis, and prepare fit/gap documents• Design and maintain end-to-end payroll processing cycles in Oracle Cloud (regular, off-cycle, retro, year-end)• Build strong relationships and trust with customers and internal stakeholdersSkills• Minimum 5+ years of experience in processing payroll in Oracle HCM Cloud• Experience delivering at least 1–2 Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation projects• Full project life-cycle experience (requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, deployment)• Hands-on configuration experience in the Oracle Cloud Payroll module• Solid understanding of US payroll regulations, accounting fundamentals, and payroll best practices• Excellent client-facing skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels• Ability to interpret, validate, and analyze complex payroll data• Proven ability to work in an organized manner, managing time effectively to meet deadlines, often handling multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining proper prioritization• Experience working with third-party payroll/tax providers (e.g., ADP) and related integrations is a plusBenefits• Medical, Vision, and Dental benefits• 401K• Paid Time Off• Floating HolidaysCompany Overview• Camptra Technologies is an information technology service provider company.It was founded in 2016, and is headquartered in Plano, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
