[Remote] Market Research Consultant (Healthcare/Life Sciences)

The Research Consultant will contribute to or lead the design, execution, and analysis of healthcare-focused research studies for assigned client accounts while also developing client relationship skills and ensuring accountability in project deliverables. Responsibilities • Co-creates with project leads the design of survey instruments and discussion guides that align with client objectives, demonstrating a solid grasp of survey design principles, language, and flow • Executes a variety of advanced research methods including quantitative techniques (e.g., conjoint analysis, segmentation) and qualitative approaches (e.g., structured messaging, journey mapping) with minimal support • Independently analyzes and creates comprehensive reporting plans that accurately reflect findings • Collaborates with project leads to generate insightful reports/presentations, with a focus on clear storytelling and actionable recommendations • Maintains an in-depth understanding of company/department processes, ensuring productive collaboration and consistently high-quality deliverables • Develops active listening with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their business objectives and long-term strategies • Participates in thought-provoking, consultative discussion regarding engagement objectives and tactical project scope with project leads • Proactively identifies and escalates client/project risks and opportunities with project leads • Builds upon feedback and experience to set clear, attainable goals and action plans to strengthen individual and team performance • Proactively identifies opportunities to streamline processes and improve client outcomes • Employs critical thinking to assess challenges and resolve client or project-related obstacles independently Skills • Excellent written communication, oral communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders (internal and external) • Comfort in a client facing role, with the ability to interpret and present complex information clearly • Strong analytical, writing, editing, and data visualization skills, ensuring data is communicated in a clear and easily digestible manner • Demonstrated experience with market research solutions, tools, and methodologies • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while navigating changing priorities in a fast-paced environment • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work outputs • Technologically adept, with a strong aptitude for learning new platforms and tools • Ability and willingness to travel up to 5% of time • Fluent in English • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, psychology, economics, mathematics, social sciences) • 2+ years of professional service experience in a qualitative or quantitative-focused market research role • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office, including specific strength in Word, Excel, and Outlook • Experience with the Adobe Acrobat Suite of tools • High degree of comfort with videoconferencing and desktop-sharing software (i.e., Zoom, Teams) • Willingness to learn and use new platforms/programs Benefits • Employee Ownership: As a 100% employee-owned company, we believe in shared success. • Impact-Driven Work: Join a team where your research truly matters. • Career Growth and Development: We’re dedicated to fostering an environment that champions learning, leadership, and innovation.
