Vivid Soft Global is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Lead Business Analyst to serve as the critical link between marketing stakeholders and technical execution teams. This senior role requires deep domain expertise in documenting and detailing complex business requirements for integrated marketing technology stacks. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience to drive alignment, efficiency, and ROI across marketing operations.Responsibilities• Lead advanced requirements gathering sessions (workshops, interviews, document analysis) with C-level stakeholders, marketing teams, and IT professionals. Produce comprehensive documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), User Stories, and process maps (Swimlane diagrams)• Perform in-depth analysis of existing marketing processes and technologies. Define project scope and translate high-level business objectives into detailed, actionable technical requirements for integrating and optimizing the specific tools (Vidyard, Workfront, iCapture, EveryoneSocial)• Detail requirements for Vidyard integrations (e.g., specific data points to pass to CRM upon video view completion)• Define complex workflows and custom configurations within Adobe Workfront for project and resource management• Specify data capture logic and integration points for iCapture event leads• Outline user journeys and advocacy metrics for EveryoneSocial• Analyze current state (As-Is) processes and design future state (To-Be) optimized workflows, identifying gaps and opportunities for automation and efficiency within the integrated stack• Manage expectations across diverse stakeholder groups, ensuring consensus on deliverables, timelines, and scope changes.Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams• Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategies and test cases. Support QA teams during testing phases to ensure deployed solutions meet the specified business requirements perfectly• Define data requirements and governance rules for data moving between these four platforms and core CRM/MAP systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with US privacy regulationsSkills• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analysis, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field• 15–17 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Architect, with significant tenure in the MarTech domain within US organizations• Adobe Workfront: 6+ years extensive experience detailing requirements for enterprise implementations• Vidyard, iCapture, EveryoneSocial: 4+ years proven BA experience with these specific tools in an integrated environment• Integration Technologies: 8+ years familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and translating requirements to technical implementation• Requirements Management Tools: 10+ years proficiency with diagramming and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart)• Exceptional ability to listen, interview, and facilitate workshops with senior leadership• Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills• Highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field• 15–17 years of experience in marketing technology, data architecture, or solution architecture roles, with a deep focus on enterprise B2B marketing automation platforms in the US market• Marketo Architecture: 10+ years of expert-level, hands-on experience as a Marketo Architect• Marketo Configuration: 8+ years of deep expertise in Marketo Skyliner architecture principles and technical limits• API & Database Concepts: 8+ years of proficiency in API development/management, data modeling, SQL/database concepts• Front-End Technologies: 5+ years of experience with front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)• CRM Integration (Salesforce/MS Dynamics): 8+ years of strong understanding of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, from a data integration and synchronization perspective• Certified Business AnalysisProfessional (CBAP) certification is highly preferred• PMP or Agile certifications (CSPO, PMI-ACP) are a plus• Adobe Certified Master – Marketo Engage Architect certification is required• PMP or other enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are a plusCompany Overview• Vivid Soft Global is an information technology & artificial intelligence consulting company.It was founded in 2002, and is headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
