Responsibilities:• Provided high-quality customer support by responding to member inquiries across calls, texts, and emails. • Coordinated with providers, pharmacies, and insurance companies to ensure accurate and timely prescription processing. • Reviewed medication histories, including PDMP data, and verified member information for accuracy. • Processed bulk electronic prescriptions and managed prior authorizations, troubleshooting issues as needed.• Maintained detailed medical records while ensuring full compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations. Qualifications and Requirements:• One to two years of Certified Pharmacy Tech experience within a pharmacy, medical office or hospital setting. • Familiarity with the medication prescribing life cycle. • Comfortable working remotely and independently• Excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills• Must live within one of the Northeastern states.
