[Remote] Non Profit Audit Manager (Remote)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. LEVELOCITI is a growing boutique public accounting firm with a dedicated nonprofit practice seeking an experienced Audit Manager. This role involves overseeing nonprofit audit engagements, managing teams, and serving as the primary client contact, all while offering meaningful client ownership and leadership exposure. Responsibilities • Managing financial statement audits for nonprofit organizations • Ensuring compliance with GAAP and applicable nonprofit audit standards • Reviewing audit workpapers, reports, and financial statements • Leading, mentoring, and developing audit staff and seniors • Managing engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Building and maintaining strong client relationships • Staying current on nonprofit accounting and auditing requirements • Supporting firm initiatives related to growth, training, and client development Skills • CPA required • 5+ years of public accounting experience with significant nonprofit audit exposure • Experience leading engagements and supervising teams • Strong technical knowledge of nonprofit accounting and audit requirements • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment • Prior exposure to proposals, client development, or similar initiatives is a plus Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
