Must-Have Experience Candidates must have strong hands-on functional configuration experience in: Core Requirements • Oracle HCM Core (Required) • Compensation (Required) • Redwood UX • Journeys • Transaction Workflows • Understanding of workforce modeling • Ability to partner with the business to explain what is functionally possible • Strong background configuring Oracle Cloud—not development or coding Role Expectations • Perform functional configuration across Oracle HCM modules • Review and correct previously misconfigured components from the initial implementation • Triage and complete remaining Fast Formula issues • Partner with Oracle support and internal teams to resolve defects • Identify opportunities for optimization within existing processes • Engage cross-functionally with business stakeholders to define requirements • Ensure configuration follows Oracle best practices • Support post–go-live enhancements and stabilization work Qualifications • 5+ years Oracle HCM Cloud functional configuration experience • Experience in large, complex enterprise environments • Ability to work independently and manage workload in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills for supporting both Oracle and business stakeholders • Must live in OH, PA, WV, MD, or NJ Screening Questions (Must Collect During Lockup) Please ensure the candidate answers the following: • What Oracle HCM module is your strongest? • What are your top two strongest skills within Oracle HCM? • On a scale of 1–10, how would you rank your Oracle HCM Core configuration experience? • What is your hands-on experience with Journeys? • What is your experience with Transaction Workflows? • Describe your experience with Workforce Modeling. • What experience do you have working with Redwood across HCM? • In your opinion, what are the most common post–go-live issues after implementing Oracle HCM? • Are you willing to convert to full-time?
