Job Title : Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant (Techno-Functional)Location : RemoteVisa : USC GC H1B transfer EAD W2We are looking for an Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Technical Consultant with solid hands-on experience in ORC integrations reporting data loads and workflow configuration. This role requires strong technical skills with a good understanding of the functional Recruiting lifecycle. Responsibilities• Develop ORC integrations using OIC REST / SOAP APIs HCM Extracts HDL / HSDL. • Build OTBI / BIP recruiting reports custom dashboards and analytics.• Create and maintain offer letter templates screening questionnaires and approval workflows. • Design Fast Formulas for eligibility validation approval routing and data transformations. • Lead data migration of candidates requisitions templates screening questions and job models. • Build Redwood / VBCS extensions for recruiter and candidate pages. • Troubleshoot ORC workflows integrations and reporting issues. • Support CRP SIT UAT testing cycles and help users validate recruiting transactions. • Collaborate with HR / TA teams to gather functional requirements and optimize recruiting processes.Required Skills• 4 6 years Oracle Cloud HCM experience with at least 2 years dedicated to ORC. • Strong experience with OIC REST APIs HDL HCM Extracts OTBI BIP. • Hands-on experience with ORC integrations (job boards background checks onboarding systems). • Good functional knowledge of requisition candidate offer hiring flow. • Experience troubleshooting ORC transactions approvals notifications and UI extensions. #LI-SS1Key SkillsGeneral Services,CMA,Customer Care,Banking Sales,Android Development,Adobe IndesignEmployment Type : Full TimeExperience : yearsVacancy : 1 Apply tot his job
