About the RoleWe are seeking a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist with an active New York Physical Therapy license to join our remote care team for approximately 10–15 hours per week.As aRemote Therapeutic Monitoring Specialist, you will support patients between visits, monitor their daily engagement, and help them stay consistent with their prescribed home programs. You’ll work from home and collaborate closely with the evaluating clinicians to ensure patients receive timely support, education, and motivation throughout their plan of care. This is different than providing pelvic health treatment. Your role is to provide accountability between the patient's in-clinic visits. Responsibilities• Provide remote therapeutic monitoring services, including reviewing patient activity, compliance, and self-reported outcomes.• Communicate with patients via phone, secure messaging, and digital platforms to identify challenges, answer questions, and reinforce adherence. • Deliver ongoing progress updates to the evaluating clinician regarding patient status, barriers, and trends. • Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation of all patient interactions within our digital platform. • Identify workflow improvements and share patient feedback to enhance the remote care experience. • Support strategies that improve patient engagement, satisfaction, and treatment adherence.Requirements• Active New York Physical Therapist (PT) license (required). • Pelvic health experience (minimum 1 year preferred; specialty coursework or clinical focus strongly preferred). • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program. • English fluency (spoken and written). • Professional liability insurance (HPSO or comparable), or willingness to obtain. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate patients remotely. • Comfortable using telehealth tools, mobile apps, and digital documentation systems.• Stable home office setup with reliable internet, computer (Intel i5 or better), and dual monitors. • Ability to work independently with strong follow-through, adaptability, and clinical judgment. • Passion for advancing patient outcomes and providing high-quality pelvic health support.
