[Remote] People Operations Coordinator- Contract

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. OpenLoop is a tele-health support solutions company that aims to streamline care delivery for virtual support to patients. They are seeking a People Operations Coordinator (Contract) to assist the recruiting team with various operational tasks and gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle. Responsibilities • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. • Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth, professional experience.• Support job postings across platforms and ensure consistent branding. • Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System and recruiting trackers. • Assist with sourcing and initial outreach to candidates as needed. • Support recruiting team with ad hoc projects, reporting, and process improvements. • Learn the fundamentals of recruiting, TA operations, and candidate experience. • Take initiative to learn and support across all areas of talent acquisition. • Other duties as assigned. Skills • Involvement in college (clubs, athletics, student org leadership, campus jobs, internships, etc.) demonstrating initiative, teamwork, or project ownership.• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with strong follow-through. • Confident communicator across email, phone, and video. • Analytical mindset with comfort using spreadsheets, dashboards, and data. • Hungry to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-moving environment. • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like bolthires Suite, Slack, Zoom, MacBook; ATS experience a plus. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources or related field.
