[Remote] Pre Sales Solution Architect - Test Automation

HAAR Recruitment is seeking a Solution Engineer who will work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver product demonstrations. The role involves providing strategic pre-sales support, maintaining competitive advantage through market trend analysis, and developing relationships with industry influencers. Responsibilities • Working with customers, prospects and partners to deliver world-class product demonstrations • Driving all aspects of successful Proof of Values and Trials from requirements and design to training and delivery • Providing strategic pre-sales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support • Becoming an expert in the features, benefits and application of tool • Communicating daily with sales team regarding sales activities and strategies • Providing proactive support to customers and prospects • Being the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development • Responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs • Collaborating with SMEs to generate thought leadership content through white papers, blogs, webinars and other content creation • Monitoring the market, industry trends, competitors and customer needs across the quality, automated testing, and software development market to identify trends and opportunities • Developing and managing relationships with industry influencers, analysts and analyst agencies Skills • In-depth knowledge of QA best practices, Selenium, and test automation • Industry expertise: experience with the software testing process, enterprise sales and marketing, and familiarity with software development lifecycles • Strong relationship building skills: able to build relationships of trust with internal and external stakeholders • Strong collaboration skills: able to engage with and listen to others, adjusting communication style to suit the audience and message • An excellent communicator and public speaker, both in writing and conversation • Able to quickly build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, at all levels of the organization • Self-organized, autonomous, and motivated to succeed • A genuine believer in diversity and fairness • A bachelor's degree from a top university • Understanding and familiarity with CI/CD concepts and popular tooling, including but not limited to Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and Version Control Systems • Working knowledge of standard HTML structure and how automation interacts with the DOM using Xpath, Labels, etc • Experience working with REST or SOAP-based web services in a professional capacity • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, its technologies, and industries it is associated with • Experience and proven track record in working with Enterprise customers • Knowledge of MEDDICC qualification framework and how to sell value • Data driven approach: able to make strategic decisions based on data analysis and interpretation Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in , with a workforce of 0-1 employees.
