[Remote] Product Manager (Remote, USA or Las Vegas, NV)

The Product Manager will lead product delivery across B2C and B2B platforms, focusing on translating strategy into actionable product direction while ensuring a seamless user experience for both players and operators. Responsibilities • Own product execution from idea to launch across web and mobile-first platforms • Partner closely with the executive team to translate strategy into actionable product direction • Develop product requirements by deeply understanding real-world poker room workflows, including cash game and tournament operations, registrations, payouts and promotions • Gather requirements that reflect how player-facing features and operator-facing tools interact in live poker room environments • Champion the voice of users by incorporating feedback, observation, and data from both players and poker room staff • Lead product work involving transactions, payments, and user flows where reliability, trust, and UX matter deeply • Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that engineers can build from with minimal ambiguity • Work hands-on with design to deliver world-class, intuitive user experiences, especially on mobile • Drive prioritization, trade-offs, and roadmap clarity in a resource-conscious environment • Collaborate closely with engineering on scope, sequencing, technical constraints, and delivery • Manage product processes while keeping things lightweight, practical, and effective Skills • Product management experience at any level, with a proven track record of shipping production software • Strong, hands-on experience working with engineering teams and writing user stories that directly drive development • Experience delivering B2C products, ideally with high-usage or transactional components • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to quickly understand and map real-world operational workflows and translate them into product requirements • A strong product sense and eye for high-quality UX, particularly on mobile • Comfort leading through influence rather than formal authority • Highly organized, efficient, and execution-oriented • Experience partnering closely with designers throughout the product lifecycle • Experience using product development and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma) • Experience with payments, transactions, or regulated user flows is a strong plus • Familiarity with poker, gaming, casinos, or hospitality is a plus—but not required Company Overview • PokerAtlas is an emerging leader in the global gaming industry, serving the needs of casino players and operators with innovative web, mobile and enterprise software solutions.
