Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season to assist customers in completing their taxes using TurboTax products. The role involves providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and managing product inquiries while working remotely. Responsibilities • Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products • Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries • Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers • Interact with customers using state of the art video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records Skills • Active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) • Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software • Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws • Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken) • Excellent customer service skills • Willing to obtain internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria • Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days Benefits • 401(k) savings plan with Intuit matching • Paid sick leave • Intuit provided E&O insurance • Employee stock purchase plan • Employee assistance program • Product discounts • Free copy of TurboTax Live Company Overview • Intuit provides financial software solutions to empower individuals and businesses.
