Remote Program & Outreach Coordinator (Entry-Level, U.S.-Based)

We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and proactive individual who’s eager to start a career in education program management, outreach, and operations. This entry-level, remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and helping families discover inspiring learning opportunities. Key Responsibilities• Coordinate scheduling, student intake, and daily operations across online programs• Communicate with parents and students via email, chat, and video calls• Host or co-host online info sessions, orientations, and webinars• Track attendance, prepare meeting notes, and follow up with families• Use AI tools to analyze data, generate reports, and improve workflows• Collaborate with instructors, mentors, and guest speakers• Support marketing follow-ups (email reminders, confirmations)• Maintain a positive and professional presence representing Integem’s missionQualifications• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S.university• Must be authorized to work in the United States• Based in the U.S. and available during Pacific Time daytime hours• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong organization, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint slide/google slides, and general online communication tools• Interest in education, technology, or program coordination• Positive, energetic, and friendly personalityWhat We Offer• Remote, flexible schedule (10–30 hrs/week to start)• Growth opportunities toward Program Manager or Outreach Lead roles• Supportive, mission-driven team environment• Hands-on experience with AI tools, education technology, and student engagement• Opportunity to make a real impact in U.S.and global educationAbout UsIntegem is an accredited U.S.-based education company providing innovative K–12 programs in technology, creativity, and entrepreneurship.
