Key Responsibilities:• Sell personal insurance products via phone/email• Follow up with clients to complete sales• Maintain licensing through training and continuing education• Keep an organized pipeline and prioritize leads• Explain insurance coverage clearly to clientsRequirements:• Active Property & Casualty Producer License (not Adjuster or Personal Lines)• Strong communication and sales skills• Ability to work across multiple systems/screensWork Environment:• Remote: 80% home-based (must live near Atlanta, GA)• Training: (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm)• Post-Training Schedule: Evening shifts ending at 8:00pm (Mon-Fri) and 5:00pm (Sat); 1 in 3 Saturday rotationAdditional Info:• Travel: Up to 10%• Physical: Primarily sitting/standing• Background check and NDA required• No sponsorship availableBenefits:• Medical, dental, vision, and well being support• 401(k) with company contribution, pension plan• Paid time off (23 days/year), 9 holidays• Paid family leave, student loan repayment program Apply tot his job
