They are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Agent to leverage local market expertise and pricing knowledge to prepare accurate property BPO reports. Responsibilities• Prepare and deliver high-quality, comprehensive reports on time• Utilize our proprietary valuation platform and other technology tools effectively• Apply in-depth knowledge of local market trends, neighborhoods, and pricing dynamics to provide reliable Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) or price opinions• Stay informed on local market conditions, neighborhood trends, and pricing dynamics• Provide excellent customer service in communication with internal teams• Uphold continuing education and credentialization requirementsSkills• 2+ years of experience preparing BPOs, CMAs, or pricing residential properties• Proven experience producing accurate, well-supported BPOs or price opinions• Comfortable with technology, with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary platforms• Active real estate license (and any state-required BPO credentials, where applicable)• Strong knowledge of local real estate markets, neighborhoods, and pricing trends• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills• Reliable time management and ability to meet deadlinesCompany Overview• True Footage is a residential valuation platform that streamlines residential transactions.It was founded in 2019, and is headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
