Pay Rate: $30 Per Hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am to 6pm PST time Location: Remote, must be able to work in PST time zone. What’s a typical day as Recruiter? You’ll be: • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for collections-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. • Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. • Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. • Conducting initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. • Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. • Collaborating with HR and department leads to support onboarding and workforce planning. • Staying informed on industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: • Have at least 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in collections or sales. • Possess a strong understanding of collections roles, terminology, and compliance requirements. • Are experienced with ATS platforms (such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS). • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Are able to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively. • Have experience recruiting for high-turnover, high-volume roles and are comfortable with a fast-paced environment. • Excel at stakeholder management and thrive in situations that require frequent communication.
