[Remote] REMOTE Learning Producer (Instructional Design, High Tech, Engineering, Technical Training)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Learning Producer to join a growing team within the L&D organization for Google Fiber. The Senior Learning Producer will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences for employees, requiring a strong understanding of adult learning principles and technical training background. Responsibilities • Designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning experiences for employees at all levels of the organization • Developing blended flagship learning programs • Designing for live and virtual training delivery • Developing and delivering engaging and effective presentations • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) • Mapping vital and control processes within a project ecosystem • Monitoring and managing critical aspects of the project such as schedule, scope, and stakeholders • Adjusting to/implementing changing technology, businesses, systems, and tools • Creating training content (eLearning, Instructor Led, infographics, etc.) and training facilitation • Architecting and developing new enterprise learning programs Skills • 5+ years of experience within Instructional Design for high level technical training • Articulate Suite • Must have experience with Engineering/ Tech level E learning trainings OR Telecomm • Coming from high tech industry/ Telecom/ ISP • Technical audiences (i.e. engineering, network operations center, telecom, etc.) • Proficient using AI tools to rapidly iterate on technical training content development • Has extensive Storyline experience. We need complex, logic-driven engineering simulations with variables and triggers, not just slides. Our stack relies heavily on Storyline, Rise, and Synthesia, and we need someone who can push these tools to their limits • Has a modern product aesthetic. The work should feel like a Silicon Valley app, modern, clean, intuitive, and interactive. The look and feel needs to be sharp and polished, not text-heavy • Knowledge of adult learning principles • Experience in developing blended flagship learning programs • Experience in designing for a live and virtual training delivery • Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective presentations • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) • Strong ability to make adjustments and move with changes • Ability to guide projects and teams • Strong communication style • Technical training background (engineering focused material) • Excellent ability to prioritize arrangements, break projects into levels and tasks, etc • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the team and stakeholders • Ability to think strategically and creatively • Strong problem solving skills with ability to come up with solutions for unexpected problems that may arise during a project • Process management: the ability to map vital and control processes within a project ecosystem • Project control: monitor and manage critical aspects of the project such as schedule, scope, and stakeholders • Skilled and experienced in learning and development processes: Design and develop learning materials...training content creation (eLearning, Instructor Led, infographics, etc and training facilitation, rollout strategy, Learning Management Systems, etc) • Strong understanding of adult learning principles • Experience architecting and developing new enterprise learning programs • Instructional Design (preferred: Articulate 360 including Articulate Rise+Storyline, Camtasia, Google Slides) • Experience in adjusting to/implementing changing technology, businesses, systems, and tools • Experience working with: Google Workplace Suite (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Calendar) Company Overview • Insight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
