[Remote] Remote Scrum Master III

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EDI Staffing is an EDI Specialists Company, and they are seeking a Remote Scrum Master III to oversee the scrum and development team. The role involves acting as a liaison between the scrum team and product owner, managing project scope and objectives, and ensuring a safe working environment while resolving conflicts. Responsibilities • Helps oversee the scrum and development team • They are knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum and able to educate others • They also act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner and maintain a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution • Provides a single point of contact for projects • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation • Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services • Defines project scope and objectives • Oversees/coordinates all aspects of project and serves as project manager between clients, systems, line management and other departments • Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets • Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical and non-technical matters • Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals • Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project deliverables • Manages the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables • May provide technical/analytical guidance to project team • Recommends/takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems Skills • Knowledgeable in Agile methodology and scrum • Ability to educate others on Agile methodology and scrum • Experience overseeing scrum and development teams • Ability to act as a buffer between the scrum team and product owner • Ability to maintain a safe working environment for the team • Experience with conflict resolution • Experience taking projects from original concept through final implementation • Ability to interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services • Ability to define project scope and objectives • Experience overseeing/ coordinating all aspects of projects • Experience serving as project manager between clients, systems, line management and other departments • Ability to plan and direct schedules as well as project budgets • Experience monitoring the product/program/project from initiation through delivery • Ability to interface with customers on technical and non-technical matters • Experience assessing project issues and developing resolutions • Ability to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals • Experience developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports • Experience conducting project meetings and being responsible for project deliverables • Experience managing the integration of vendor tasks • Ability to track and review vendor deliverables • Ability to provide technical/analytical guidance to project team • Ability to recommend/take action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems • Must have project management experience Company Overview • EDI Staffing is a staffing and recruiting company that provides consultancy and placement services.
