Remote Salesforce Lead Architect

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the design and implementation of our enterprise domain taxonomy, collaborating with IT, product teams, and senior executives. Responsibilities • Execute the strategic vision for the Enterprise Architecture practice under the guidance of leadership • Collaborate with domain architects, engineers, and leaders to develop technical standards and frameworks • Manage the architecture review process and ensure architectural alignment across the enterprise • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce • Design and develop effective end-to-end solutions for complex business problems • Research emerging technologies and recommend cost-effective solutions • Partner with data and integration architects to ensure data integrity and seamless communication • Contribute to building a learning community within the enterprise architecture discipline Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 5+ years of experience as a senior domain architect or enterprise architect • Experience as a Principal Salesforce Architect in a global organization • Proven experience designing complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions • Led large-scale Product-to-Cash implementations from design to go-live • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture capabilities and ecosystem • Salesforce certifications preferred (Technical Architect, Application Architect) • Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, C4, Archimate) • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Nice-to-haves • Salesforce certifications preferred (Technical Architect, Application Architect) Benefits • Benefits starting from Day 1 • Retirement Plan Matching • Flexible Paid Time Off • Wellness Support Programs and Resources • Parental & Caregiver Leaves • Fertility & Adoption Support • Continuous Development Support Program • Employee Assistance Program • Allyship and Inclusion Communities • Employee Recognition and more!
