They are seeking a highly autonomous and experiencedSenior Full-Stack Developer to be the primary technical owner for their corporate website and digital platforms, responsible for building high-performance, scalable web applications and collaborating closely with Marketing and IT to align solutions with business goals. Responsibilities• Full-Stack Development: Architect, develop, and maintain complex, scalable web applications from database to user interface• Back-End Development: Design and implement services, APIs, and business logic using ASP.NET MVC and C#• Front-End Development: Create performant, reusable UI components using React (Redux/Next.js) for our primary digital properties• DevOps & CI/CD Management: Own and maintain existing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure), ensuring automated, reliable deployment and release processes• Architectural Contribution: Serve as the primary hands-on developer for the website, executing development plans and actively contributing to architectural decisions (e.g., framework upgrades, system design) in close collaboration with IT Leadership• Technical Governance: Proactively advocate for best engineering practices, adhere to established quality standards, document code decisions, and effectively communicate technical constraints and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders (Marketing)• Quality & Security: Follow security best practices and assist IT in ensuring application resilience through proper logging and monitoring setup• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and IT to translate high-level business needs into technical solutions; participate in Agile ceremonies• Problem Solving: Act as a critical thinker and fast learner to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, integration, and security issues across the stackSkills• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in building high-performance, scalable web applications leveraging C#/.NET for the back-end and React for modern front-end experiences• Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and enterprise-level application development• Strong experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Redux, Next.js)• Solid understanding of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, relational databases (SQL Server), and MVC architecture• Proven ability to work autonomously and lead technical execution for a mission-critical platform• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical concepts and defend best practices to non-technical stakeholders• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Passion for clean, maintainable, and well-tested code• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including 2+ years operating at a high level of autonomy• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices• Experience in managing CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS), especially GitHub Actions• Exposure to server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques• Strong preference for, or proven ability to quickly master, Optimizely DXP (formerly Episerver)• BonusQualifications: Experience with headless CMS, e-commerce platforms, or other DXPs; familiarity with modern development tooling (Visual Studio, TailwindCSS); experience integrating with marketing tools (CRM, analytics, A/B testing)• Interest in emerging technologies such as AI-driven development or personalization platformsBenefits• Health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits• Paid time off• Overtime pay for non-exempt employees• Robust learning and development programs• Reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy• Employee perks and discountsCompany Overview• OneDigital is focused exclusively on employee benefits.It was founded in 2000, and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
