This role is critical in overseeing and optimizing operations related to the CDL training programs. The manager will take charge of profit and loss for their business segment while developing the staff to ensure a high-performing team. Candidates should possess expertise in CDL program administration and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is dedicated to coaching, leadership, and driving operational efficiency in a remote environment. Accountabilities • Provide subject matter expertise on running a successful, high-quality, compliant, and safe CDL program. • Ensure adherence to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and state regulatory regulations. • Administer training programs for program directors and instructors. • Manage fleet activities, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles. Requirements • Minimum 5 years of management experience. • Bachelor’s Degree in Leadership, Business Administration or a related field. • Working knowledge of FMCSA regulations. • Experience with multi-site oversight.
