[Remote] Senior Technical Consultant - NICE CXOne (Remote)

Spectrum One is a strategic engineering partner for high-growth startups and established corporations, and they are seeking a Senior NICE CXone expert to act as a technical advisor for their customers. This role involves guiding customers on optimizing their existing CXone infrastructure and providing a roadmap for future improvements through consultative audits and strategic recommendations. Responsibilities • Architecture Review: Audit existing IVR, ACD, and omnichannel workflows in CXone Studio to identify inefficiencies • Strategic Advisory: Provide technical recommendations on how to stabilize legacy NiceInContact implementations or prepare them for modernization • Integration Strategy: Assess and advise on data flow integrations between CXone and external CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) using REST APIs • Optimization: Review routing logs and configuration settings to troubleshoot high-level performance issues Skills • 5+ years of deep experience with NICE CXone (formerly NiceInContact). You must have a strong grasp of both legacy architecture and the modern cloud environment • Expert-level proficiency in CXone Studio.
