Jobs via Dice is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Dev/Lead to manage the ServiceNow update set lifecycle and resolve update set conflicts across multiple environments. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications and workflows to meet business requirements. ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows to meet business requirements. Create and maintain ServiceNow forms, fields, UI policies, and business rules.Implement client-side and server-side scripting to enhance ServiceNow functionality. Skills8 to 10 years ServiceNow development experience3-4 years Tech-lead RoleCustomer-facing technical consulting experience with ServiceNowExperience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or Service Portal development. Expertise in various ServiceNow capabilities, including GRC/IRM, Issue Management, Vulnerability Response Management, Security Incident Response (SIR), ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ITIL frameworks. Exposure toAdvanced Risk Module is added advantage.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP and MID ServersExperience with JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, and CSSFamiliarity with CMDB and Discovery. Experience with AWS and ServiceNow integration. Implement best practices in coding and design as per ServiceNow standards and community guidelines. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications. Proficient in reporting and dashboard set up. Experience with Agile development methodology, requirements management and JIRA, or a similar RTM platform and ability to provide time estimation to work components.Ability to plan resource requirements from high-level specifications.
