Key Responsibilities• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that meet business objectives. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top talent. • Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for open positions, ensuring a thorough and efficient recruitment process.• Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up. • Assist in organizing and participating in campus recruitment events to attract top talent and promote our employer brand. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing exceptional candidate experiences. • Support internal recruiting efforts by coordinating interviews and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.• Participate in training development initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and best practices, staying up-to-date with industry trends and innovations. Essential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:• Strong relationship management skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers, building trust and rapport. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and professionally. • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your work.• Basic understanding of technical recruiting principles, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. • Familiarity with recruitment software such as iCIMS or UltiPro is a plus, although not essential.
