Typically creates programs and databases using SAS and other software to support a wide variety of research projects. Implements data management plans designed to meet project and protocol deadlines, provides expertise in the design and development of research projects, clinical trials and systems. Acts as liaison between investigators and project teams on an as-needed basis. Remote or hybrid/remote option in Marshfield.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, statistics, physics, or a related technical field, with formal coursework in programming. Preferred/Optional: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or Computer Information Science.EXPERIENCEMinimum Required:Understanding of one or more database systems and data warehousing platforms such as Oracle, SQL server, bolthires Redshift, Snowflake, etc., and working knowledge of MS Office tools. This requirement could be satisfied either by one year of experience, or the completion of at least one college-level course covering these areas. Preferred/Optional: Experience with SAS, SQL and/or other programming languages; health care background and experience in research.
