Revenue Operations Leader

Job Description:• Design, build, and scale the RevOps function from the ground up• Report directly to the CRO and work closely with the CFO and CMO• Architect and operationalize systems, processes, and insights aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success• Translate strategy into execution by building the operational backbone for GTM teams• Focus initially on Sales Operations: pipeline management, forecasting, territory design, and reporting• Oversee marketing operations: demand generation alignment, lead management, and attribution• Hire and develop RevOps talent (starting with a CRM Administrator)• Serve as executive owner of the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce) to ensure governance, data integrity, adoption, automation, and reporting• Deliver consistent GTM analytics and partner with FP&A for executive and board-level reporting• Build frameworks for Customer Success & Retention Operations in future phases• Partner with Sales Enablement to deliver insights, playbooks, coaching, and pipeline reviewsRequirements:• 5–10 years of experience in Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with $25–100M ARR• Experience with the manufacturing industry a plus• Proven experience in Sales Ops and Marketing Ops, with exposure to Customer Success Ops• CRM expertise (Salesforce or HubSpot) with demonstrated success in scaling CRM adoption and governance• Strong analytical skills: forecasting, pipeline analytics, attribution, and retention modeling• Experience managing and scaling RevOps tech stacks and hiring/managing high-performing operations teams• Preferred: Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)• Preferred: Experience with SQL or modern data stack components (Snowflake, dbt, Census)• Preferred: Prior RevOps leadership during periods of significant growth and organizational scalingBenefits:• Competitive compensation + stock options• Comprehensive health benefits• Self Care PTO plan• 401k Match• Flexibility: work from home, flexible schedules, results over hours• Annual investment in your professional development• Chance to build and scale RevOps from the ground up at a fast-growing SaaS company• Work with well-known customers in food and beverage manufacturing Apply tot his job
