Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for planning and executing cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data sources used for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute cycles and arrangements related to a wide variety of data sources used for information/text mining, and analysis to enable informed business decisions. Gain understanding into key business issues and expectations by applying statistical analysis procedures to inspect organized and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources. Develop and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate results to a wide range of stakeholders. Utilize current and emerging technologies to assess trends and develop significant insights and recommendations to the management team. Regularly utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, limited modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making. Lead and guide less experienced staff members, and work in cross-functional projects and initiatives. Regularly present to the management team and other stakeholders. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in data systems, software engineering, or a quantitative discipline such as science, engineering, operations research, finance, or economics. Five (3) years of work experience in estimation and analysis, quantitative business reasoning, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analysis. Proficiency in analysis software and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Desirable Qualifications and Experience We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience: Experience or coursework with SAFE Spry. Experience with the following: requirements gathering; probability and statistics; TSQL/PLSQL; Python or R; mathematical analysis; clear data analysis.
