Sales Strategy & Operations Manager (Hybrid based in San Francisco)
About the position Rippling is looking for a standout Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to support the success of our Sales organization across all Rippling products. You'll be a strategic partner to sales leadership, helping to drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and post-sales performance across our full suite of products. This role is both analytical and operational; you'll spend your time reporting on and diagnosing the state of the business, while also building operational plans and working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives. The scope of this role spans multiple product lines and segments, offering a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a high-growth, multi-product sales organization. The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and execution-focused, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Responsibilities • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing leaders to define and refine sales strategies across Rippling's product lines • Build and manage operational plans, including sales targets, headcount plans, and resource allocation • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to keep a pulse on the business and inform decision-making • Own and manage the Sales Operations weekly forecast process • Analyze the impact of new product launches and recommend sales org changes to optimize performance • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Sales organization • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution Requirements • 5+ years of work experience in Sales Strategy, Finance, Sales Analytics, or another related field • Experience leading, developing, and building a high performing team • Excellent Excel, SQL, BI, Salesforce experience • Proactive, self-starter that is experienced in delivering a measurable impact to sales and sales teams • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives forward with speed and efficiency • Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits • Competitive salary • Benefits • Equity Apply tot his job
