We focus on simplifying wireless communications for our customers with accurate billing analysis, order management, and excellent back-office support. Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support & Order Entry Specialist with experience with wireless carrier’s order processing systems to join our operations team. This role is primarily administrative, with a strong focus on accurate data entry, order tracking, and back-office support for our sales department.You’ll ensure that customer accounts, activations, and service requests are processed quickly, correctly, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:Order Entry & Processing• Enter new orders, device activations, upgrades, and plan changes into internal systems and carrier portals. • Verify accuracy of submitted order information before processing. • Track and monitor order status through completion, updating records as needed. Administrative & Sales Support• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer files, and internal reports.• Assist with preparing billing analysis reports and order summaries for the sales team. • Support inventory and logistics coordination related to handset or accessory orders, invoicing and other administrative tasks. Data Accuracy & Reporting• Review and audit order details to minimize errors and rework. • Generate order tracking reports and provide regular updates to internal teams. • Escalate discrepancies or delays to management promptly. Qualifications:✔Experience in order entry, data processing, or administrative support (telecom or wireless industry experience is a plus).✔Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. ✔Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ✔Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems. To be considered for remote work experience with OPUS, Biz360 or both as well as CRMs like Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc. is required. ✔ Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
