Key Responsibilities• Drive lead generation and outreach to support UnlockLand’s global sales pipeline. • Qualify prospects, coordinate demos, and support the sales team in closing new enterprise and government accounts.• Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members across sales, support, and operations as the company grows. • Train and coach new personnel to ensure strong performance and alignment with UnlockLand’s culture and mission. • Oversee internal workflows, team schedules, and productivity targets across key units. • Manage daily operations for the Customer Contact Center, ensuring smooth communication and support for incoming users. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting across HR, sales, and operational systems.• Partner closely with leadership to identify staffing needs, optimize productivity, and build scalable processes. What You Bring• Experience generating sales leads, working with clients, or supporting business development. • Strong understanding of recruitment, training, and people operations. • Ability to manage fast-moving daily operations with accuracy and ownership. • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. • Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities independently.• Passion for technology, real estate, and contributing to a mission-driven AI company.
