Salesforce AI Architect – Manufacturing & Biotech Location: REMOTE in the US Engagement: 6–12 months contract with possible extension Overview • We are seeking a Salesforce AI Architect with deep experience in Manufacturing environments, ideally within Biotech, Life Sciences, or regulated manufacturing, to lead the design and implementation of AI-driven Salesforce solutions. • This is a high-visibility, hands-on architect role, partnering closely with executive stakeholders, product leaders, manufacturing operations, and data teams to embed AI, automation, and intelligence across Salesforce platforms. The role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, predictive insights, and scalable AI adoption across complex enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Salesforce AI & Architecture Leadership • Architect and deliver AI-enabled Salesforce solutions leveraging Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and predictive analytics • Define end-to-end Salesforce AI architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across enterprise systems • Lead solution design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud in manufacturing contexts Manufacturing & Biotech Use Cases • Design AI use cases for demand forecasting, production planning, quality management, customer service optimization, and supply chain visibility • Apply Salesforce AI capabilities to biotech and regulated manufacturing workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards (GxP, FDA-aligned processes where applicable) • Translate complex manufacturing data into actionable insights using Salesforce analytics and AI models Data, Integration & Automation • Integrate Salesforce with ERP, MES, PLM, and external data platforms (SAP, Oracle, legacy manufacturing systems, data lakes) • Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify structured and unstructured data for AI-driven decision making • Guide intelligent automation using Flow, MuleSoft, and AI-assisted process orchestration Stakeholder Engagement & Strategy • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders, articulating AI strategy, roadmap, and ROI • Collaborate with product, data science, IT, and manufacturing teams to align AI solutions with business outcomes • Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and executive-level design discussions Required Qualifications Salesforce & AI Expertise • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with architect-level responsibility • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and analytics • Proven experience designing AI-driven and data-centric Salesforce architectures Manufacturing & Biotech Experience • Strong background in Manufacturing, with preference for Biotech, Life Sciences, or regulated industries • Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and compliance-driven processes • Experience working with complex enterprise data ecosystems Technical & Integration Skills • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and manufacturing systems • Strong knowledge of APIs, data modeling, identity/security, and enterprise integrations • Familiarity with MuleSoft, ETL tools, and modern data platforms Apply tot his job
