About the positionResponsibilities• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Managed Services Delivery team. • Ensure alignment of projects with the organization's goals and objectives. • Partner with client business IT to deliver successful enhancement projects. • Build and cultivate client relationships to enhance service delivery. • Establish project performance metrics and track project progress. • Optimize and evolve managed services methodologies and standard processes. • Facilitate collaboration with client AMS team and vendors for project delivery.• Support or lead client managed service proposals and contract negotiations. • Recruit, develop, and mentor project management professionals. • Set clear expectations of performance and provide ongoing coaching. Requirements• 15 years SAP Delivery experience with broad IT exposure. • 5 years of experience directly supervising a team. • Experience leading large and small scale production support and business enhancements. • Certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
